Hello, I purchased a Carrera Hybrid from abroad. Unfortunately, the app cannot be installed in Türkiye, but I managed to install and update it using a VPN. However, I am unable to add the cars to the app via Bluetooth. My phone detects the cars during a standard Bluetooth search, but the app fails to find them. I have enabled location permissions for the app, yet it still doesn't work. I need assistance with this issue; could you please help?

Hello, maybe the reason it doesn't work is that the vehicle has to be connected via Bluetooth through the Carrera HYBRID app and then registered/assigned to the player in the Carrera database.

So even if your phone can detect the cars via a normal Bluetooth scan, the app may not be able to complete the registration/assignment process if the service isn't officially supported in Turkey.

That could explain why the cars are visible to the phone, but not within the Carrera app.
