Tomy020 Posted July 17 Share Posted July 17 Hallo zusammen, ich hab ein Firmwareupdate an meinen Autos gemacht, und seit dem Laden sie nicht mehr. Aktuell drauf ist die 1.9.1.54 Habe an allen 4 Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig das gleiche Problem. Verschiedene Kabel, USB-Lader probiert, Reset versucht - alles ohne Erfolg. Hoffe ihr könnt weiterhelfen. Marock Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 Löse mal alle Stecker vorsichtig von der Platine. Vielleicht hilft das. Falls du keine Lösung findest schreib den Carrera Support an. Wenn die keine Lösung haben darfst du die Racer einschicken. Nach zwei bis drei Wochen sollten die dann repariert wieder bei dir sein (Ich musste letztes Jahr auch mal einen einschicken). Oder eventuell eines das auf beiden Seiten usb c hat da gabs auch mal Probleme wenn ich das noch recht in Erinnerung habe. Sollte usb a auf usb c sein.
