Trying to connect stays in place

So i tried starting up the Dr!ft car today, connected my bluetooth and then started the app.
I pushed the normal button as per usual and now it keeps hanging onto "trying to connect to: <input car here>"

 

anyone idea how to fix this issue? Because it's not really connecting to the car atm

EDIT:
So i tried re-installing the application. Then disconnected the car and trying to find it.
When looking in Bluetooth it does see the car. But it's not connecting to it.
The device grants permission to the application so that's fine aswell.

I have the same problem, but a new attempt to start the ride works. 

btw I've a pixel 6 pro with android 12

 

PS.  the location detection must be active also

The car has to be connected within the App.
