[ENG] Issue - "Start/Stop" button greyed out

Hello, sorry to bother you guys.

 

I don't know what to do  my grey V8 car is installed in app, everything OK, but when I start "DRIVE", I can only switch headlights on and off. "Start engine" button is greyed out and I can do nothing about it.

 

Is there something I'm missing?

Already reinstalled, removed car, added again, everything.

Still unable to start engine.

Phone-flip brake turned off, swapped engines multiple times, still nothing.

It must be something extremely silly ...

Hello, 

I found the same problem with Start/Stop button. Did you already figure it out? 

I tried everyting I could think of (reinstal app, different phone, older phone with older version of app, remove car and add it again, clean the inside of a car, dischare and charge the battery by using RC model charger) and still nothing.

Pajaman hasn't driven the Dr!ft car in 5 years. He might not have updated the firmware. Unfortunately, even with the latest app version, the option to update the firmware with an Android phone hasn't returned. You absolutely have to use an iPhone for that... You haven't driven it in 2 years. I doubt the same assumption applies to you, but give it a try!

Yes, on my android phone I dont have option to update but my car has the latest update 1.73.0 from the past. So I tried it with iPhone anyway - found update, hit update, it updated and nothing happens... 

I found in new app I can connect Xbox controler. So i tried it and when I press starting button on controler, the spedometer makes starting animation but rpms and speed drop to zero and I cant drive anyway.
